- Organize and maintain written customer call schedules, leveraging the company-supplied CRM tool.
- Prospect for new accounts and facilitate the acquisition of Customer Applications.
- Manage a list of active deals, ensuring timely follow-up and action plans, while keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Provide quotes for purchases and conduct machine appraisals for trade-ins and potential inventory acquisitions.
- Assist in the collection of payments due on sales when necessary.
- Continuously enhance and maintain product knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Maneuverability over Construction sites for up to 8 hours/day.
- Proficiency in operating a motor vehicle day or night, maintaining a good driving record for insurability. May require obtaining a Commercial Driver License (CDL).
- Demonstrate equipment safety practices.
- Maneuver over and under equipment.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Self-motivated with basic computer skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of two years of sales or industry-related experience.
- Professional appearance, good language and social skills.
