Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per annum + Generous Commission Package

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
    • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Consultative and Value-Based Selling:
    • Understand clients' business needs and challenges to articulate the value proposition of our managed services.
    • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive suite of IT solutions effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals aligning with clients' requirements.
    • Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of our managed services.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Valid driver's license in the state of New York or New Jersey.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
