**DAY-TO-DAY**
As an Outside Sales Representative / HVAC Estimator, you present heating and cooling replacement or upgrade options to our clients. As you visit clients' homes, you perform a complete HVAC needs survey and educate them on service offerings. You also perform estimating for contracts and proposals. As an effective closer who wants our clients to find the right solutions to their problems, you address any resistance or negotiate value. Once you make a sale, you process the order and communicate the details to our team to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of services. Your technical expertise, estimating skills, and high degree of credibility positively influence service strategies with homeowners.
You maintain an average sales price and closing ratio set forth by the brand which aids in achieving sales goals. To ensure an organized operation, you complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
