Our focus is on developing comprehensive, custom inventory management solutions that provide our customers with maximum efficiency, control, and transparency.Essential Functions:
- Responsible for growing sales to achieve sales goals for current core industries and emerging industries and markets.
- Responsible for prospecting customers to gain new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customer.
- Create and maintain professional business relationships with key decision makers.
- Utilization of consultative selling skills.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure retention, growth and client satisfaction.
- Complete regular sales call plans & results as well as other basic company reporting.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Four-year degree is required
- Experience with fastener related products/applications is a plus
- Experience in industrial sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook required
- Good driving record is required - Regular travel will be required
- Strong communication skills - ability to effectively relay information to the customer and coordinate with business partners
