  • Identify client needs, propose solutions, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Play a key role in identifying new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for business growth.
  • Work with the client services team to create an optimal daily call schedule.
  • Meet or exceed all sales objectives (e.g., forecast, margins, close rate, proposal accuracy, lead generation, and customer survey results).
  • Organize tasks based on commitments to internal team members and external customers, and sales funnel priorities.
  • Pre-plan the day's calls in detail prior to arrival at the prospect property.
  • Conduct in-person prospect problem-solving meetings.
  • Create estimates and proposals based on prospect needs while attaining company profitability objectives.
  • Expedite previously submitted proposals to protect prospective businesses from competitors.
  • Engage with current customers to demonstrate care and ensure satisfaction with the work being performed.
  • Perform required administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and marketing.
  • Perpetually sharpen personal selling and customer service skills by taking advantage of all training and education opportunities offered by the company.
  • Conduct lead-generating activities to load the sales funnel.
  • Execute other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry.
  • Great at time management and know how to set priorities and follow up on commitments.
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Competitive attitude; must want to be #1.
  • Resilient; handles disappointment, correction, and rejection while maintaining effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solver with effective analytical skills.
  • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell; not easily intimidated.
  • Shows up to work every day with a great attitude and a desire to solve problems.
  • Committed to lead generation.
  • Available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace Suite or related software.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Compensation

    $120,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings. Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits are available after 30 days.
