Outside Sales Representative; Home Exterior Specialist
Xterior Pro Roofing and Siding, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative; Home Exterior Specialist to become part of their Sales Team. We are looking for someone who is positive-not-pushy, professional and courteous, and who is willing to learn on the job and grow within the company. You must value the customer experience and have or learn the skills necessary to convert each potential client to a satisfied customer. You are a team player with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Xterior Pro, LLC is willing to train the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
- Running leads, reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining a network of referrals.
- Conduct thorough inspections/assessments of roofs and siding using dedicated softwares and manual methods, and taking detailed notes for review of all specific job requirements and requests.
- Estimating job price and calculating additional factors while communicating with customers to determine needs and recommending best products and solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of roofing and siding materials, techniques, and industry trends.
- Dedicate time in office for preparing materials, literature, and samples needed for potential clients.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Address and resolve service concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain responsibility for communicating with customers, tracking down details, and getting the contract signed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Our ideal candidate possesses natural confidence, strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, and has a proven customer service background.
- Preferably Strong knowledge of roofing and siding systems, materials, and installation methods. ****NOT REQUIRED, Xterior PRO will train the right candidate.****
- As a representative for Xterior Pro, LLC you must maintain a professional, clean appearance and maintain integrity at all times.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management skills, scheduling flexibility and ability to independently prioritize tasks assigned.
- Must take accurate measurements and be comfortable using a ladder.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Apple IOS, and CRM software with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly and confidently.
- Must be detail oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and become comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable driving a company issued vehicle for long hours.
- Comfortable outdoors in all NY seasonal climates.

HOURS: Full Time/Part Time, 35 - 40 hours per week, Mondays thru Fridays, daily hours are subject to change.
