Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all prospects.Play key role in increasing overall customer footprint in designated territory.Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.Develop & maintain a robust qualified lead sales pipeline.Maintain list of upcoming RFP's company should be participating or considering participating in.Cold calling and prospecting.Ability to create and/or modify sales approach to achieve results.Serve as Account Manager for converted opportunities to ensure service excellence is delivered.Play integral role in fulfilling company strategic growth measures.Identify and execute on cross sell opportunities.Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.Other duties as assigned by management.Key Competencies:
