Role:A leading material handling company located on the east coast is looking to add a high-level outside sales representative to their team. This individual will be responsible for marketing and selling material handling products and plastics-based materials to new customers. This includes cold calling, networking, developing new sales leads, managing existing relationships, reporting, etc. This territory will be spread across the continental United States.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and foster current relationships and accounts
• Foster sales efforts in the continental United States
• Develop new sales targets by cold calling, networking, etc.
• Serve as the primary contact for the organization's customers, contract manufacturers, outside vendors, and any other affiliates
• Work with customer service and operations to ensure proper actions are taken from concept to product delivery
• Generate and provide management reporting
• Maintain documentation within the CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 7+ years of prior inside and outside sales experience within the material handling industry is required
• Proven track record of generating leads and managing the process through direct closing of sales
• Ability to develop customer ROI models
• Prior experience within a CRM system
• Must be within an hour of a major airport
• Ability to work with all types and levels of employees both internally and externally

Working Situation:This is a remote home office-based position that will require traveling by car and via a local airport.

Compensation:A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, a nice bonus program upwards of 20-30%+, 100% paid medical benefits, company car allowance, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc.
