What You'll Be Doing:
- Connect with homeowners in storm-affected areas and provide peace of mind by helping them restore their homes.
- Inspect roofs and properties for storm damage.
- Educate clients about the insurance claims process and guide them step-by-step through the restoration process.
- Generate leads and network to build your pipeline.
- Close deals and sign restoration agreements with homeowners.
- Enjoy a supportive team environment where we work hard and play hard together!
Who We're Looking For:
- Motivated individuals who love helping people.
- Self-starters who aren't afraid to work hard for life-changing rewards.
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and working outdoors.
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for documenting inspections.
- No experience? That's OK! We will train you to become a top performer in the industry.
Requirements:
- Comfortable climbing ladders to access roofs.
- Willingness to generate your own leads through canvassing and networking.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work as a 1099 contractor.
- English language proficiency required.
Compensation Package:
- Earnings: $70,000 - $200,000+ annually
- Commission Only (uncapped!)
