Location: Columbus,MS, USA
Responsibilities:
Secure roofing contracts for the products & services provided by Gable Roofing, LLC
Excellent customer service
Maintaining regular contact/ communication with everyone involved (customers, adjusters, office, etc.)
Accurately assessing damage
Assist clients with filing insurance claims
Taking clear and detailed photographs of damage
Securing homeowners' signatures on contingency forms
Providing homeowners with documentation
Working with field adjustors until job approved/ scope of work received from insurance company
Keeping detailed, up-to-the-minute, and accurate work records in a format accessible to everyone involved
Promptly preparing documentation, including contracts
Always securing necessary signatures (homeowners, adjustors, office, etc.)
Timely collecting of payments
Replying to emails, returning phone calls by close of business each day
Asking questions when information is needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior sales experience preferred
Prior roofing or construction experience preferred
Excellent work ethic/ motivated
