Role Overview:
- Canvassing storm-affected areas to identify potential customers.
- Knock on doors to generate leads
- Booking appointments.
- Document through roof & property inspections.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process.
Management :
- Overseeing job sites to ensure projects are completed to high standards as promised to customer.
- Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Promote self in the community and on social media.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to storm-affected areas as needed
- Knocking on doors to book appointments & generate leads.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Perform detailed inspections around property & roofs using ladders safely.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation:
- Commission only: We start all sales reps at 15% commission (15% of the entire claim)
- Performance bonuses.
- Commission percentage can increase based on performance.
