We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with referral sources, and driving sales of our payroll and HCM solutions to employers with more than 25 employees. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the payroll and HCM industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target employers with over 25 employees through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our payroll and HCM solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in payroll, HCM, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of payroll and HCM solutions and their benefits to employers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
