We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with experience selling merchant services. The ideal candidate is self-driven, exceeding sales goals to maximize earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Understand all Simpay products and services.
- Present Simpay value propositions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Self-generate leads in the business community.
- Enter activity into CRM, manage pipelines.
- Attend sales and product sessions.
- Work cooperatively with the leadership team.
- Receive coaching and feedback.
- Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years in payments or relevant sales field
- Self-motivated with a proven track record
- B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong professional network
- Business acumen
- Accountability for prospecting and sales goals
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in MS Office
