People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.About the roleOur Outsourcing Team are responsible for managing and overseeing the risks of outsourcing and other third-party arrangements, including documentation related to operation resilience and exit plans.We're looking for an Outsourcing Manager to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to help manage ongoing supplier and intra-group relationships. You'll ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting deliverables related to third-party management.Up for the challenge? Let's get in touchWhat you'll be doingManaging activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoringControlling that approvals are processed through internal governance in relation to outsourcing changes and other vendor lifecycle deliveriesProviding clear guidance for staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountabilityWorking closely with Bank teams and Revolut Group stakeholders ensuring implementation of outsourcing and third party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management in support of the overall Bank strategy and business plan, ensuring great consumer outcomesPreparing regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities, the risks, compliance, and performance metricsWhat you'll needBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, other relevant fields - Finance, Business Administration or Economics5+ years of experience in a role involving supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk managementKnowledge of a broad range of outsourcing and business resilience regulation and its application in retail financial servicesExperience developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements and on an ongoing basisIntermediate knowledge of SQL and data visualization best practices, ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and inaccuraciesNice to haveA risk management qualificationExecutive and Board-level interaction experienceSolid connections across industry stakeholder groupsRelevant financial services experienceCompensation rangeNew York: $144,000 - $160,000 gross annually*US: $144,000 - $160,000 gross annually*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
