Job Description:
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, professional bereavement support to children, adults, families, and the community. Full Circle was started in September 2008 as a comprehensive grief resource center in the Richmond area to help meet the needs of grieving children (ages 3-18) and their families. The Center provides grief counseling groups, consulting services, and bereavement educational programs. In Fall 2018, Full Circle added individual counseling to our menu of services.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments of all families interested in Full Circle's OLG programming.Maintain files for all families on caseload (past and present clients).Contact all families on caseload a minimum of once every quarter to provide support and identify additional needs.Manage all contract clinicians for OLG groups and ensure they are facilitating groups according to FC's mission.Mail and distribute program schedules to referral sources.Partner with Executive Director to ensure OLG programs are staying within budget and goals.Collect pre/post test data, compile results, and report to Executive Director.Gather pictures, client stories, testimonials for OLG program for FC Annual Report.Assist on special projects, such as educational programming, when needed.Attend bi-weekly clinical meeting and monthly full-staff meeting.QualificationsA minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with children, adults, and/or families in a mental health setting. Necessary qualifications include experience conducting psychological evaluations with children, adults, or families and keeping comprehensive clinical notes. Extensive knowledge of the grief process (including anticipatory grief and traumatic grief) or substance use disorder is preferred, but we will provide training opportunities if necessary.Must have strong clinical skills and program management skills, exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, possess effective communication and organizational skills, and be a genuine team-player.Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter:#J-18808-Ljbffr
