If you're seeking a supportive workplace with strong community ties, this might be the opportunity for you!Position Overview:As an Overhead Door Installer, you will install and service commercial and residential overhead doors, rolling steel doors, and other specialty doors and dock equipment. This includes high-speed doors, temperature control fabric doors, security gates, counter doors, and more.Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service commercial and residential overhead doors.
- Handle rolling steel doors, high-speed temperature control fabric doors, and security gates.
- Install and maintain dock equipment and counter doors.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must provide personal hand tools and accessories necessary for the job.
- Adhere to the company's dress code (e.g., long pants and boots) year-round.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet.
- Ability to be on your feet for 7+ hours per day.
- Frequently lift up to 100 lbs.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one while employed.
- Must pass a drug test and adhere to the company's drug policy.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record (insurance pre-approval required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in door installation.
- Background in construction, metal fabrication, or electrical work is a plus.
