**Job Title: Overhead Door Technician**

**Job Description**

- Diagnose, repair, and replace a wide range of garage doors, hollow metal doors, overhead doors, security gates, and dock levelers.

- Make general building repairs related to loading docks and warehouse control systems.

- Repair/replace all hardware associated with overhead doors and hollow metal doors.

- Perform various tasks related to servicing industrial and commercial overhead doors and loading docks.

- Analyze and diagnose problems with mechanical knowledge to repair as needed on rolling steel doors.

- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on warehouse facilities.

- Assist in the tear out and installation of dock levelers as needed.

- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.

- Assure quality by checking for proper installation, clearance, and balance.
