DescriptionOvernight Care Partner Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care offers an exceptional assisted living and memory care facility with great care and friendly staff. We are a family owned and operated company located in Dilworth, MN. Serenity is seeking a qualified individual to add to our team. Job tasks including med administration, laundry, cleaning, and helping clients with their physical and emotional needs. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: • CNA License is preferred for Memory Care but not required. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. • Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual. • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. • Must practice and promote Serenity's Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement and Core Values. • Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
