Job Description
Overnight cleaning of a Restaurant, including the kitchen and/or the Front of House.
Hours of Work:
- Must be able to work from 11:00 pm - 6:00 am. (Hours will vary between this time)
Job Location:
- Restaurants in New York City & Brooklyn
Training:
- We have in-house supervisors who will train you on all the proper cleaning procedures and cleaning products.
Position Summary
Responsible for performing detailed cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas within a specific restaurant. Specific tasks are not guaranteed; therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
Essential Duties
- The job may be for Kitchen cleaning and/or Front of the Restaurant Cleaning:
- KITCHEN CLEANING:
- Includes – Kitchen equipment cleaning, floors, vacuuming, rinsing, wiping down walls, shelves & handles, polishing metal, and other cleaning tasks to make sure the kitchen is in Grade “A' Condition.
- FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT CLEANING:
- Includes - Cleaning & disinfecting restrooms. Empty & remove rubbish from the premises to the designated area. Vacuum, Sweep/mop floors. Hand dust fixtures, windowsills, lights, and all other horizontal surfaces. Clean and polish all metal hardware fixtures and other bright work.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time & Full-Time
Starting Salary: $16.00 an hour
