To support our manufacturing of healthcare products worldwide.We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and work well in a team based environment.What we offer:Entry-level position with comprehensive, on-the-job paid trainingWork schedule:3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off, rotating schedule5:30pm - 5:30amWorkdays and hours may vary depending on operational needs; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required$20.60 an hour to start$2.00 shift differential between the hours of 5:30pm to 5:30amPAID BREAKS!!!!What you'll get:Amazing benefits, including Wellness Incentives & a robust 401k PlanPaid time off accrual equal to 3 weeks a year11 Paid holidays4 Weeks Paid Parental LeaveHere's a snapshot of what you'll do:Perform quality control testing and inspection on foam products, record data in a computerized database, operation of machinery on a production line used to manufacture hydrophilic polyurethane foams, and packaging of finished goods. Continual improvement of the workflow and production output of the foam line through constant monitoring and analysis of the manufacturing processes. Working with others in a team environment to achieve the maximum quality and quantity of foam manufactured in the safest and most efficient manner.What you'll need:Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 professional references requiredProven success working in a team-based environment as well as the ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision and guidanceAbility to make well-reasoned decisions both independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and organization skillsBasic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)Ability to work overtime to ensure production goals are metOver 75% of the workdays are spent walking or standingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsRegular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and graspingClose vision and color vision are requiredAbility to wear a respiratorExperience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred, but not required.PLEASE NOTE:This position's functional demands require working around or near equipment that may be hazardous to individuals with pacemaker equipment.Our approach to diversity and inclusionAt Molnlycke, diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
