Continual improvement of the workflow and production output of the foam line through constant monitoring and analysis of the manufacturing processes. Working with others in a team environment to achieve the maximum quality and quantity of foam manufactured in the safest and most efficient manner.What you'll need:Pre-employment physical, background check, and at least 2 professional references requiredProven success working in a team-based environment as well as the ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision and guidanceAbility to make well-reasoned decisions both independently and as part of a teamEffective communication and organization skillsBasic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)Ability to work overtime to ensure production goals are metOver 75% of the workdays are spent walking or standingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsRegular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and graspingClose vision and color vision are requiredAbility to wear a respiratorExperience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred, but not required.PLEASE NOTE:This position's functional demands require working around or near equipment that may be hazardous to individuals with pacemaker equipment.Our approach to diversity and inclusionAt Molnlycke, diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
