The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.As a General Merchandise Team Leader, you will:
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals.
- Help lead the understanding of operational procedures.
- Empower the team to create a consistent experience for guests.
- Assist with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Help create a scheduling plan based on business workload and guest traffic.
- Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.

- Lead and hold the team accountable to work safely and ethically.
