  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals.
  • Help lead the understanding of operational procedures.
  • Empower the team to create a consistent experience for guests.
  • Assist with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Help create a scheduling plan based on business workload and guest traffic.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead and hold the team accountable to work safely and ethically.
