About the role
The Seaway Residential Concierge will hold Four Seasons Culture Standards with high regard, as they are the first and last impression of our residences. The Residential Concierge will escort and give a residence and hotel orientation to all arriving residents and/or guests and ensure that all residents' parcels are handled promptly and accurately. The Residential Concierge will also respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner set forth by our core standards.
What you will do
* Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets and amenities
* Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums
* Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or the Residential Office Manager
* Ability to properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and faxes.
* Ability to know what activities are available in the city, i.e. theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and to establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents.

Schedule & Hours:
* Full Time(early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.)
