Providing top notch customer service will translate to better tips, more positive reviews, and higher bonuses.About the Guest Service Driver: Overnight Transfers PositionJOB DUTIESBe punctual and have exceptional time management skillsPerform pre-trip inspection of your vehicleRead and understand your trip manifestsMap out your routes prior to departureBe comfortable finding the pick-up points of guestsMaintain contact with dispatchers and communicate if you have fallen behind scheduleReport traffic concerns you witness for our other driversReturn vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stopThoroughly clean inside and out and return keys and manifest to officeParticipate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver with their pick-upsMaintain a record of duty log that will live in the home officeREQUIREMENTSDrivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 yearsAt least 21 years of ageMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam - you will be reimbursed upon the completion of the season.About Peak 1 ExpressPeak 1 Express has been providing travelers with superior transportation service since 2011.
