Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring forOvernight Warehouse Janitorial Staff in the Madison, Alabama area. *** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. *** Shift:
- 3rd Shift 10p.m.- 6:30a.m.
Pay Rate:
- $17 per hr-3rd Shift (Overnight)
- Paid Each Friday (1st week in the hole )
Job Duties:
- Cleans all areas of plant
- Proper cleaning and handling of bodily fluids i.e. blood, feces, phlegm, urine, vomit
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment
- Responsible for Disinfecting & Sanitizing all areas, including cafeteria, restrooms, common areas, entry doors, etc.
- Removing/picking up trash and waste and transporting to appropriate areas for disposal
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST - on time arrival for each shift, ready to work
- PERFECT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST- shows up each day for work as scheduled
- Great Attitude, Positive and Pleasant Demeanor
- Readily follows verbal and written instructions
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, & writing)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (with current non-expired documentation)
- Valid/current Driver's License or ID
- Must have reliable transportation
- Warehouse janitorial, custodial experience preferred
- One year experience in a janitorial, custodial environment
- Demonstrates experience and ability to operate large cleaning machinery
- Must be able to pass pre-screening criminal background check and drug test
- Safety Training is required prior to assignment
- Must attend early morning orientation and training prior to assigned shift
- Integrity - Work Ethic, arrives for assigned shift on time and ready to work
