We are currently looking for additional Owner-Operators to help us fulfill a growing number of new, dedicated freight on top of the current contracted and dedicated freight! While we are simultaneously adding more assets to our fleet, . Certain contracts that we already have in place do require one or both endorsements whether the commodity is transported via Tanker, End Dump or Flatbed. So, if you are looking for a company that will respect and appreciate you and your contributions, you have found the right place!We ALSO have a full-service Hot Shot trucking company with direct freight service, so don't hesitate to reach out for that either!*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*-CDL holder for a minimum of two years-Current, unexpired DOT Medical Card-Clean MVR (driving record heavily weighted for any infractions for past 3 years)-Clean DOT Inspection history-Must be physically able and willing to perform daily duties to include (as applicable) tarping, chaining, binding, strapping, climbing-Must have basic understanding of DOT Hours of Service and willingness to abide by them-Must have basic knowledge of Electronic Logging Devices-Must have verifiable previous employment relative to your CDL*OWNER-OPERATORS*While it is not ordinarily an absolute _requirement_, generally speaking, at this moment we are currently reaching out to any Owner-Operators with *End Dumps*. We have yet _another_ dedicated customer and as we build our fleet internally simultaneously, we are searching for Owner-Operators seeking dedicated, direct freight to run M-F and enjoy the weekends off! Given that we have multiple opportunities stretching different directions, it is difficult to advise on the specific rates in this post. However, if you are interested and can pass the minimums for insurance and standards, we would love the chance to discuss these opportunities with you to see if we can begin building a new relationship with you and start to make _Advanced Transportation_ your new home!! Driver rate coming in with your own trailer is at 85% with fuel surcharge depending on the contract (some are all-in, and some have rates + FSC). These openings are also _IMMEDIATE_ and not 3-6 months down the road!!
