Looking for a motivated full time or part time licensed P&C insurance agent to join our team.

Job entails account management, account rounding, and day to day customer service including responding to emails, taking inbound calls, data entry into the mangement system, and educating clients about new coverage options as well as additional products available. We're looking for someone who is hungry to grow within the position and able to multitask with little supervision. Our office is easy going and often barefoot enjoying a cup a coffee while in the trenches of customer service. Our dress code is very casual (tshirt, shorts, flip flops) and strongly support a work/life balance between family and business.

Office Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Thursday and 8:00am-4:00pm on Fridays with no weekends. Starting pay ranges between $20-$25/hrs depending on experience and performance. After 90 days you'll have 40hrs of paid vacation for the 1st year and 60-80hrs after that as well as up to 32hrs paid sick time. We also understand sitting behind a desk 40+hrs a week is daunting and offer $20/mo towards a gym membership of your choosing so you can keep the body moving.

We're firm believers of a work/life balance and willing to adjust work hours as well as operating hours for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort. This role is not scripted, and is a consultative approach to help the customer.
• The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology.
• A preference to working in an ever-changing, fast-paced, contact center environment where you can effectively manage time and exhibit reliability and dependability.
• Emotional resiliency to manage feelings and find positive aspects in most situations.
• State of Arizona Property & Casualty License is required but will consider an unlicensed candidate if you're ready to grow within the industry.
• Background check will be required.
