Part-Time Receptionist.Primary Responsibilities:- Handle phone inquiries, update extensions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with mailing important documents (FedEx) and manage deliveries.
- Maintain and restock office supplies, ensuring proper inventory tracking.
- Support in scheduling and preparing for meetings, including setup and cleanup.
- Create spreadsheets for service recognition awards and submit invoices as needed.
- Send out monthly birthday and anniversary reminders using Outlook.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly tasks such as accruals, service awards, and other administrative duties.
- Perform light lifting (e.g., stocking supplies, catering deliveries).
Factors for Success:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
