Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and professional team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Primavera P6 and be adept at coordinating and managing project schedules across various industries.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Perform critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes, ensuring timely reporting on project status.
  • Generate and deliver clear and concise reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in scheduling projects using Primavera P6 (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path method (CPM), and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on government or defense-related projects.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • PMP or similar certification.
