Position Summary:This position is responsible for the daily cleaning of the processing facilities nightly to Herbruck's Quality Standards.Position Responsibilities:Ensure all employees are dressed in proper P.P.E. that pertains to the assigned jobComplete daily sanitation sign offComplete daily pre-op inspectionComplete checklist and paperwork as assignedPerform any/ all duties assigned to you by your Supervisor or ManagerAlways make sure everyone is working in a safe manner, follow all company rules/policyAbility to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birdsMust follow all company HACCP rules and GMPs, lead exampleQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageWilling to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned.Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine or birdsProficient knowledge and ability to complete 100% of the jobs at your location plus 50% of the jobs at another location in accordance with Herbruck's Quality StandardsAbility to lead team members towards a common goal and help achieve success. to coach team members to get the best out of them in a professional mannerDemonstrated ability to work as a productive team playerUnderstand knowledge of machineryDoes not have regular contact with birds, pigs or cattle.Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floorsAbility to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs. continuously throughout the dayAbility to work in a fast pace environmentLift up to 50 poundsTeam Lift up to 100 poundsPowered by JazzHR
