Job OverviewThe Care Center Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all aspects of operational areas at the assigned site. These operations may include but not limited to clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day center activities, all of which ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services in the AltaMed PACE program. Employee will be accountable to support the achievement of efficient operations in accordance with licensing, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures. Additionally, Employee will contribute administrative skills and abilities to the staff selection and retention process, annual budgets, performance management, process improvement efforts and care coordination with internal and external resources.
Minimum Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline strongly preferred.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or related field required.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.4. License required if candidate has a clinical degree.5. Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines: nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.6. Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.7. Experience in customer/public relations preferred.8. Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
Compensation$65,969.85 - $82,462.31 annually
