DescriptionThe Research Associate will make calls and conduct research as assigned by the PaceConnect research and call center.Some Research Associates will also serve as managers of this student-run business.Most of the work will involve calling other students, alumni, or business people toconduct satisfaction surveys, polls, market research, or other research requested by aclient. Work also entails using Skype, Salesforce, and Qualtrics. Good communicationskills are crucial.Training will be provided by student managers and clients. Management duties includingaccounting, client relations, data management, shift management, HR, preparation ofresearch results report, and other managerial responsibilities will be handled byResearch Associates who are promoted to management positions.RequirementsApplicants must be taking classes on the Pace Pleasantville campus and have a declared major or minor in a business discipline.- Good phone and data skills-Office experience a plus-Ability to work independently-Strong customer service and organizational skills-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel-Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Strong customer service and organizational skills
