Essential Duties Recruit, hire and provide supervision and training for the ticket office staff and all front-of-house tasks such as season and event sales, staffing events, event communication and client relations.Negotiate and oversee PACE rentals with internal and external clients, from first inquiries to contract signatures before booking to invoice production after events.Supervise PACE Ticket Office Assistants - full and part-time and determine staffing schedule for all front-of-house personnel including volunteer ushers.Ensure the safety and security of the facility and contents for all front-of-house operations at the PACE.Identify maintenance issues in the PACE public spaces and work with Facilities Manager to ensure they are repaired in a timely manner.Ensure receipt of payments to and from external clients with excellent communication about timing and processes.Establish timeline for and facilitate all PACE production meetings with internal and external clients to make sure all parties are aware of responsibilities.Review and establish updated process for Signature Symphony First Chair donations and season ticketing renewals as well as other donations made during events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Music, Performing Arts Administration or related field.3 years experience with ticketing software and house management.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.Experience with Tessitura ticketing software. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Theatre, Music, Performing Arts Administration or related field.
