The Pacific Southwest Region Leader oversees all strategic and tactical operations of the office and holds responsibility for leading and driving the strategic growth plans across all solution lines across the market. This role is an office-based role in Aon's Los Angeles office.

What the day will look like
Reporting to the West Region Leader, the Market Leader manages the Pacific Southwest portfolio of clients, champions a positive colleague experience, drives and supports revenue growth and maintains accountability for overall office results. The Market Leader models a one-firm mentality in all situations.
This individual is also accountable for implementing business strategies, developing, and achieving sales goals, driving, and communicating financial goals and ensuring operational excellence. Aon's philosophy is performance-based, and our colleague culture is aligned around accountability for key goals, objectives, and service levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $300,000-$375,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
