Amazon DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) are looking for DOT Delivery Drivers to help deliver Amazon packages to customers. DSPs are independent, small businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages out of Amazon Warehouses. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and in excellent condition. You will have the opportunity to travel around the area while working independently and using your excellent driving skills. - Plan and follow delivery schedules efficiently.
- Load and unload cargo from trucks.
- Inspect and maintain both truck and cargo.
- Drive trucks in a safe manner and comply with traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers.
- Follow company policies and procedures for deliveries.
- Report any mechanical problems with the truck to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of deliveries.
- Ensure that deliveries are on time and meet customer expectations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
