General Summary: The Delivery Driver role connects our products with our customers in a safe, courteous manner and represents the company in a positive light. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the safe operation of a 24' or larger box truck, transporting product from a specified location (Greensboro, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, Greer, Leesville or Myrtle Beach currently) to the end user, and offloading product via hand truck into the customer's facility. Daily routes consisting of 15-25 stops and delivery of 300-500 packages. Routes typically start in the early morning (3-6 am).What we expect:

- Operate all equipment in a safe manner; obey all traffic laws and customer requirements.
- Utilize proper PPE when making deliveries (gloves/masks/etc.); utilize proper lifting techniques loading/unloading/delivering product.
- Follow your daily route; be timely to customers; address any customer concerns with product.
- Maintain accuracy of product ordered to product delivered.
- Perform a daily route 5 days per week, which may include Saturdays.
- Provide safe operation of equipment to include vehicle as well as loading/unloading equipment.
- Provide on-time delivery of fresh produce, exceed customer expectations, and provide high quality service.
- Assist in solving customer concerns and build relationships.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A sincere passion for positively impacting people and making work, fun (this is first on the list for a reason!)
- Insightful, meaningful, relevant customer service skills and experience.
- A minimum of 12 months experience operating a box truck and making deliveries
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and do so safely.
- A clean background and MVR record.
- Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain prior to start; ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
