Job Title: Packager - Day ShiftLocation: Holdrege, NE 68949Duration: 12-Month ContractHours per Week: 36-48 hoursRate: $18.50 per hour (without benefits)Shift Details (Choose any one at your convenience):Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Rotational Shift: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotational Shift: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):

• Follow all company safety rules, regulations and job safety analysis
• Must complete plant lock out procedures and key interrupt
• Fill and operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams
• Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to
• Discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving syringes.
• Checking packaging for correct count
• Checking for damage to syringe
• Inserting brochures as required
• Palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card
• Operating semi-auto tape machine
• Performing minor duties not requiring mechanic attention

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Read, write, and speak English

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist and arm movement
• Keep work area clean
• Regular attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business
