Overview
The packager is responsible for the banding and packaging of coils.
Responsibilities
* Properly package, band and identify finished coils
* Assist with inventory management
* Unload packaging supplies
* Operation of coil tracking and location equipment
* Perform any labor duties required by the lines
Qualifications
Required
* A strong desire and ability to work safely
* Be able to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred
* Basic mechanical and electrical skills
* Safety and quality oriented
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Desire to learn other positions for development and advancement
* Overhead crane certified, preferred
* Forklift certified, preferred
