Position Overview: The Packaging and Loading Operator at Arkemas Calvert City site plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging and loading of products. This position involves operating machinery, handling materials, and adhering to safety and quality standards to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate Packaging Equipment: Efficiently operate packaging machinery to ensure products are correctly packaged and labeled.
+ Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials and finished products onto trucks or storage areas.
+ Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
+ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packaged products and materials used.
+ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications:
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree and/or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
+ Skills:
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
