Location: 672 Breezy Point Road La Crosse, WI 54603Starting Wage: $18.00/hourShift: Rotating days: 6:00am - 6:00pmWork Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
- Week One: Three Days - 36 Hours
- Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role: The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include:
- Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
- Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
- Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
