Job Title: Packaging Associate - 23-00416Company or Role Overview:Reputable company in Marion is seeking Packaging Associates. These opportunities offer great longevity with a growing team and sustainable company.Available Shifts:1st: 630am-3pm Monday-Friday2nd: 230pm-11pm Monday-Friday3rd: 1030pm-7am Sunday-ThursdayNew starts would all begin on 2nd shift for their first week to complete orientation and training. Then move to their assigned shift (if different) in week 2.Pay Rate:$18.34-$19.25 (shift differential)Work environment:Bright, clean environment with a breakroom.Job Description:Must be comfortable standing for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs regularly.Temp-to-hire window:Able for permanent placement after 90 daysRequirements:Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, the ability to lift up to 35lbs, and great dependability.
