Banding and packaging TTR and hand packaging rolls in a carton and a box Supervisors will determine the machine each operator is assigned to. Operators will be cross trained to operate different machines.Assist with training employees and temporary workers Help train other machine operatorsOperate production machines and complete all required dutiesRecommend productivity improvement plans and cost reduction plans (Total Productive Maintenance activity). Investigate and analyze causes of target frustration.Facilitate internal communication and working relationships within areas of responsibilityAny additional duties that may be assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
