Job Title: Packaging AssociateJob DescriptionWe are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Packaging Associate. This role involves packing, kitting, and light assembly of products. The Packaging Associate will ensure the accuracy of picked parts, components, labels, and packaging materials, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas.ResponsibilitiesVerify accuracy of picked parts, components, labels, and packaging materials.Ensure components are not damaged or missing parts, and flag all suspect materials to the Line Lead for quarantine.Assemble parts and components into finished goods per documented work instructions.Accurately record all transactions in the ERP system.Maintain clean and organized work areas, output bins, and stocking locations per 5S standards.Operate in conformance with the requirements of the quality management system.Assist other employees in and out of the department.Perform other related duties and assignments as required.Provide feedback on system needs.Additional Skills & QualificationsNice to have: forklift certificationWhy Work Here?Employees enjoy unique benefits including free mechanic services for their vehicles when brought to the shop. The hours are from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. The work week is 40 hours, with not much overtime expected until after being on contract.
