**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect products and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
+ Assist in setting up and running production equipment.
+ Clean and prepare manufacturing rooms and equipment.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Accurately document production runs using provided forms and logs.
+ Help train new team members on manufacturing processes.
+ Perform basic equipment calibrations as directed.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Up to 2 years of experience preferred (a mix of education and experience will be considered).
+ Basic mechanical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel).
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, and stand for extended periods.
+ Ability to identify small defects, distinguish colors, and hear alarms.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
