Candidate Source is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer, to hire dedicated Warehouse Associates. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and potential overtime. Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $16.50/hour
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM | $17.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Feed materials into machines and support the packaging process.
- Packing: Efficiently pack finished products as they come off the line.
- Assistance: Aid Machine Operators with general tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Stacking: Prepare boxes for shipment by stacking and organizing them.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work (location: Southside Richmond).
- Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
