Meet all batch record and quality control requirements and specifications.Machine set-up and changeover per SOP, includes preforming quality control testing.Familiar with operating automated machinery through a User Interface (Tablet)Operate and support of computer-controlled systems and robotic manufacturing equipment.Assist with pre and post line clearance, i.e., equipment set-up and take down.Work request and Logbook documentation.Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. to fill up bins, hoppers etc. and maintain manufacturing materials on the line as required.Performing procedural adjustments and real-time troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot manufacturing equipment (to recognize and identify potential problems with equipment).Must be able to remove, replace, align, adjust, and make necessary corrections on all mechanical equipment in a timely matter.Performs equipment housekeeping.
