Responsible for operating the filler of an assigned line, including ensuring that product is properly sealed and packaged. Assists in pulling supplies and loading filler appropriately throughout production process. This position is designated as a Qualified Individual responsible for allergen, sanitation and foreign material preventive controls. This is a first shift position Monday - Friday 6 am to 2 pm. No weekends! Responsibilities Load filler with appropriate product film, boxes and labels a required for the correct packaging of product. Operate filler and production line as appropriate. Reads, cleans and calibrates Ishida scales. Provides product samples to lab according to defined requirements. Responsible for ensuring that proper weights and metal detector checks are made. Oversee line packers to ensure compliance with all corporate and facility policies. Cleans equipment according to specified procedures. Equipment inspections for damage and cleanliness.
