This position is for a Packaging Machine Operator 1st Shift with a company located in Shannon, MS.Summary: Will work in every area of the roll production line as deemed necessary by supervisor.Duties and Responsibilities Include: At the beginning of each shift, determine what job functions are needed for the day; Visually inspects product for defects and transfers defective items to the appropriate location; Loads product into packaging machines; Monitors machine for proper function; Mark off all the orders processed; Must perform all duties of the roll production line to include feeding, wrapping, stacking, and moving of foam from the line; Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in production area; Practice proper safety techniques; Complete general area maintenance duties on equipment as assigned.
