Job SummaryAs a Fabrication Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment. Your responsibilities will include operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues, while adhering to applicable and well-stablished safety protocols and regulatory standards.This is a full-time role located in West Caldwell, NJ.* 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday-FridayWhat You Will Do:* Operate, adjust, repair, and maintain packaging equipment* Support equipment changeovers* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues* Perform routine maintenance* Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standardsJob RequirementsYour Background:* High school diploma or equivalent* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing* Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills* Ability to read and understand technical drawings* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
