The Packaging Operator will safely ensure parts are assembled correctly, referencing detailed drawings, attribute specifications, and routing notes. Must perform dimensional inspections to ensure product is in accordance with the provided detailed drawings and routing notes, using micrometers, calipers, tape measure, and other measuring tools. The Packaging Operator must also visually inspect product to ensure parts are clean and free of any dirt, hair, or particulate before packaging. Once product is packaging, the Packaging Operator will use a heat sealer to ensure the product is properly packaged. This Operator must also record in-process inspections and verifications using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Job Functions: Package quality silicone manufactured parts and assemblies while using basic troubleshooting skills with little supervision.
