Our client in Evansville, INis seeking a PackagingOperatorto join their team. As a Packaging Operatoryou will be part of the Productionteam. The ideal candidate will have communication, time management and problem solving skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Evansville, IN

Pay Range: up to $19.50 DOE

Whats the Job?

• Perform quality checks to ensure that all packaged products meet company standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or quality control department.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs..
• Keep the packaging area clean and organized, ensuring all packaging materials are stored properly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Whats Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic experience in packaging, warehouse work, or similar roles.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina (for lifting, standing), and familiarity with packaging materials.
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
